Let's Talk About You

You are a highly experienced sales professional with an envious track record in consultative selling to both Enterprise and SMB’s across all levels. Building and maintaining enduring relationships comes natural and you close deals with ease - big or small - from an inbound lead or a crafted key customer plan. You have a knack for applying technology to create profitable opportunities and can steer projects confidently through the entire sales cycle. Rolling the sleeves up to get things done is embedded in your DNA.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Operations you will:

  • Deliver client presentations, create proposals, negotiate and close deals - new and organic
  • Develop strategic account plans, conduct opportunity analysis and scope new business opportunities that increase existing account spends
  • Close new deals from Inbound and Outbound lead-gen
  • Oversee the onboarding process with Operations and Customer Success, to ensure deals are delivered to plan
  • Build great relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline of at least 3x quota objectives
  • Be a driving force in creating and actioning sales improvement initiatives
  • Live the OFS core values and behaviors, fulfilling our purpose and mission

You will have the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience, selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions for technical applications
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability of selling to both C-Level and mid-level executives
  • High levels of motivation and a healthy desire to succeed and grow
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A technical mindset with relevant manufacturing or supply chain solutions experience will also be highly regarded
